Regional Construction Works Ltd (RCW) is an exciting, innovative and modern construction company working predominantly with young professionals looking to build, extend or renovate their dream home. We created our company to fill a gap in the market created by the traditional construction process and to deliver on the client’s needs. We use our best endeavours to guide our clients through what can be the most pressurised and complicated project many people will ever undertake. We have moved away from the traditional way of doing things to simplify and streamline the process to help the client to understand the options available and to guide them to the options that best suit each individual client and project.

Paul Boland
Estimating & Commercial
Paul has worked in the construction industry for the past fourteen years. Paul qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and has gained vast experience and expertise on a wide variety of projects in both the areas of Building and Civil Engineering works including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Utilities and Civil works. With responsibilities for both commercial and project management on a large number of projects, Paul has the experience and skill set to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget.
Michael Cronin
Financial
Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over eighteen years experience across all sectors of the Building and Civil Engineering industry, including Contractor Design & Build projects and Client Design projects. In addition to heavy Civil Engineering Works such as Motorways / Road-Works and Infrastructure Works of all types, he has managed commercial and contractual responsibilities across a wide range of projects including Retail, Residential and Pharmaceutical projects, all of which contained major packages of mechanical and electrical works. Over the years Michael has developed the skill set to provide a professional service to clients which has provided the successful delivery of many high-end intricate projects.
Eddie Fisher
Operations
Eddie is a qualified carpenter by trade and has worked in the construction industry for over thirteen years. Starting out as a carpenter on site where he learned the importance of attention to detail and quality finishes required to deliver a high-quality project. With these core values in place Eddie has progressed to Foreman and General Foreman where he now over sees every element of the works. Eddie has gained vast experience over his time in the construction industry managing these projects from commencement to completion. His attention to detail and understanding of the client’s brief is second to none. His reputation for delivering exactly what the client wants is very well deserved as any number of our previous clients will testify. Eddie is always on site to help and advice our client when it is needed.
