Our first stage at RCW is to engage with the client as early as possible to understand their needs and what they are trying to achieve on their project. Building a home is not business, it’s personal and that’s why before we tender for work or negotiate contracts we at RCW engage with our client at the outset. Meeting with our clients is essential to understanding what they are trying to achieve on the build, what are the “must have’s” on the project and what is the theme of the home. Every build is unique and meeting the personalities behind the build is important to ensuring that these personalities are expressed in the finished product.
