Our fourth and final stage at RCW is to meet again with the clients once they have had time to review the tender and the value engineering proposals. So that RCW and the clients have an opportunity to again review the project and the suitability of the parties to work together for the successful delivery of the project to fulfill expectations. This involves reviewing work load and other commitments. RCW will not make false promises that cannot be delivered and we at RCW firmly believe that starting on an honest footing is more important than making false promises to secure work.
